Fruits are another food that many people simply cannot live without. There is no way that anyone can be expected to eat a balanced diet that does not include any fruits. The best way to ensure that your diet includes plenty of fruits is to include vegetables and fruits used locally and add others to the list as well. Eating a variety of fruits and vegetables will provide your body with all of the nutrients that it needs, including antioxidants that fight free radicals to prevent disease.

One of the most important aspects of a healthy diet is getting enough protein. People who get too little protein aren’t building muscle or burning fat. Instead, they are at risk of developing diseases that can cause their death. There are two different forms of protein: one is derived from meat and the other comes from plant sources. Meat contains more protein and should be eaten more often, but vegetarians need to make sure they get enough carbohydrates and fibers to keep them going.
